OMG!!! Don’t even know where to start. Taben’s work ethic is old school. He said our job was a two day job. He and his staff worked two very long days to get the job done. We hired him to help us resolve a drainage issue that had plagued our house since it was built. He came up with a plan, then we pivoted to a better plan thanks to his input. Along with the drainage issue, he built a decorative retaining wall to help level off a slope. FANTASTIC FROM START TO FINISH

Happy to recommend Taben and his company 9999. Recently opened up our road to our cabin after the "snowcrete" storm. It was quite a challenge, but he did a terrific, professional job and it is now a clear 1/2 mile easy drive up, with my 96 Bronco, but great job. We'll surely have him back to do any work on the gravel road after this winter. 👍

If you’re anywhere around Warrenton VA, and the surrounding DMV, he’s the guy I’d call for road and driveway regrading, fixing drainage issues, and getting your driveway leveled properly so it holds up. You can tell he takes pride in doing things correctly and communicating clearly, and I’d 100% put 9999 Building and Renovation LLC on your short list.

we can’t say enough good things about the work Taben did for us! Clearing , grading, and preparing garden area all around our property! i’ve now gotten to enjoy amazing flowers and lot of garden vegetables for multiple seasons in the areas prepared for us! He’s kind, quick, has great communication and gets the work done!

We’re new to hobby farming and really needed a strong livestock fence with electric. Four 9’s did an excellent job from start to finish. We had a bunch of specific requests, and the owner came out several times beforehand to walk the property and make sure everything was planned right. Pricing was fair, communication was great, and the project was finished exactly when he said it would be. We already have a few more projects in mind and definitely plan to use them again.
